An official translation certificate issued by our agency at a significantly reduced rate is increasingly widely accepted and is sufficient for all purposes.
However, where a statutory procedure requires that documents for submission to be translated and certified, a certification procedure may be required by the National Translation and Certification Office. Our clients can one-stop-shop with us and go through our Agency.
Simultaneous interpreting (also known as simultaneous interpreting or conference interpreting) refers to "headset" in-cab interpreting or interpreting with a tour guide system.
Follow-up interpreting, on the other hand, is so-called "traditional" interpreting, i.e. the translation of the communication is provided after the spoken communication, broken down by time and/or content.
The main language is one of the selected working languages from or into which all other languages are translated by the simultaneous interpreters (in the case of conferences with more than two languages).
For example, for events with English, Russian, Hungarian and Serbian working languages, where it is not expected that all interpreters know all languages, English is the main language and interpreters are selected accordingly: English/Russian, English/Hungarian and English/Serbian.

In the case of multiple languages or a large number of participants, we recommend the cabin solution, but it is always up to the client to decide.

Our office can issue VAT and VAT-free invoices if required (for example: for individuals, associations, foundations, etc.).
If you do not need a certified translation of the original document, simply send it by e-mail to one of the e-mail addresses provided (as a PDF or Word document, or as an image) and our colleague will contact you shortly. The completed translation will also be returned to you by e-mail (in Word or PDF format).
In the case of the above-mentioned certified translation of the original document, we will receive the document by post or in person and return it to the customer in the same way.

There are hourly rates for interpretation. For translation, we charge by the number of characters of the source text.
